Film Day Checklist
The process begins by completing our FILM DAY CHECKLIST

What to expect at the shoot
Shoot length total time (average) 2-3 hours.
We prefer to begin the shoot with the "interview" portion of the shoot. This is a chance for someone from your business to highlight the points of your business that you wish to feature ex: customer service, treatments, special packages, staff members, facility, location etc....
This interview will take 15-25min on average to complete after the camera is set.
From there we can capture any testimonials from current or past clients. 1-2 testimonials is usually enough and they can be brief. A few simple words about a clients experience in your facility can go a very long way. This is optional but also recommended if you have clients you think would excel at this. Testimonials take 10-15 per person after camera set up.
After all interviews and testimonials we will capture footage of your business and all aspects you wish to highlight about your services and offerings. This is the opportunity to have a friend, staff member or willing client "pose," as a client to showcase your services. We can stage you performing various massage techniques, therapy procedures, guest interaction at your front dest, if available etc.... This type of footage can take anywhere from 45-90min to complete based on the desired number of procedures you'd like us to film.

Sample Script Outline
Who are you-
Ex: "Hello (Hi) I'm (name) the (job title) of/for Koop Chiropractic"
What you do-
Past Ex: "We are a medical rehab facility specializing in sports rehab."
About your Business-
A chance to discuss the nature of your business Do you have an interesting beginning? Were you created because no one out there was providing the service you do? What makes you unique? What can a customer expect from your services?
A great time to get more in depth about any particular facet of your business that you wish to feature or describe. What kinds of treatments do you perform? What kinds of aches/pains can you help relieve? What additional services, if any, do you offer clients?
Discuss any staff you have available and their impact on the customers. Do you have a unique approach to bed side manner?
Simply answer this question- "What's the best way for people to find more information on your business?"
